ASHLEY HALE

Mrs. Ashley Hale is a 2003 graduate of Huron High School in Huron, Ohio. Huron is far north in Ohio right on Lake Erie. Most of her family still resides in Ohio. She graduated from West Virginia State University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education. A full scholarship to play volleyball at WVSU is what brought her to West Virginia. Mrs. Hale started teaching in 2008 where she taught half a year at Ruffner Elementary in Kanawha County. She spent one year at Nellis Elementary and came to Madison Middle School in the 2009-2010 school year.
In Mrs. Hale free time she enjoys anything sports related, playing Rock Band, scrapbooking, reading and spending time with her family. She also loves listening to music and traveling. She is currently not involved with school activities but plans on coaching someday. She plays co-ed slow pitch softball in the summer and fall and enjoys playing volleyball on Monday nights at her church.
She has lived in WV for 7 years which has made her a WVU fan but she is and will always be a loyal Ohio State fan. She now resides in West Madison and has a fiance, Shea, and son Xavin who is 16 months old. She, Shea and Xavin like to visit the rest of her family in Ohio any chance they get and says that "summers up on Lake Erie are a blast!"
She states, "I have truly enjoyed becoming a member of the staff here at MMS! Thanks to all those teachers who have welcomed and helped me out so far this year!"
