KATHIE KEFFER
Kathie graduated from Ravenswood High School. She has been a teacher aide for 12 years, most of those being in special education, and she has really enjoyed it.
She is married to Elmer Keffer, Jr. and they have one daughter, Megan, who is a junior at WV Tech., majoring in Chemical Engineering.
Kathie loves shopping with Megan and working in her flower and vegetable gardens.
