FREDA RUSSELL
Mrs. Freda Russell is a graduate of Scott High School. Later she attended West Virginia State College and received her degree in Special Education K-12. She started working for Boone County Schools in 1987. In 2005 Mrs. Russell came to Madison Middle School where she teaches a variety of subject areas.
Mrs. Russell enjoys fishing, crafts and riding Four Wheelers. She is married and has three children and six grand children.
